Media class blog 1
Week 1:
In my first week of media i have had the chance to listen and talk about current problems in our society. Such as how computers and a hand held smart computer is starting to control our lives to the point where we no longer have a life outside of it. That all we need to do is click a button and we have access to the world. We also talked about 911 and where we all were that day. Many kids in the class talked about how they felt so much nationalty that day and now they feel none. We talked a lot about healthcare and how we all feel it will effect our lives and money in the future if does or does not go through. We also went over the roles we are playing in the goverment and how involved we are.
My topic started as men and finding a mate but i think it will change to the theory of the melting pot and the fruit bowl. which is about the mixing of cultures.
So far the class seems very involved in these topics and i hope they continue to be this open.
